  2. The voucher must be used once, within one year from the date of issue.
  3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no refunds of the paid amounts are possible.
  4. The voucher cannot be redeemed for non-hotel services or to cover the spa fee.
  5. It is not possible to use the voucher on special dates (Christmas period - New Year's Eve - New Year - Epiphany, Easter, long May weekend, Corpus Christi weekend, long August weekend, long November weekend;

  7. It is not possible to use the voucher when making a reservation without prior notification (point 1)
